The following is an overview of the sponsorship and exhibit opportunities.

As a sponsor, you will be acknowledged with:

  • Acknowledgement in symposium Program in color and other collateral
  • Logo Placement on Symposium Website and hyperlink to sponsor’s website (

Sponsors of $5,000 or more will receive all of the above plus:

  • Exhibition space
  • Premiere signage at the event

Exhibit Rules And Regulations

  1. Only one firm may exhibit in a single space. Items or services exhibited or referred to must be those normally provided or manufactured by the exhibitor.
  2. No exhibition space will be processed without payment in full.
  3. All representatives who will be staffing exhibit booths must be sponsor representatives for the meeting.
  4. All exhibit furniture, electrical, other support services required must be provided by the exhibit display coordinator or conference center. Additional costs for these services (if required) are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
  5. Security will NOT be provided during non-exhibit hours. The property of the exhibitors shall at all times remain in the sole possession, custody, and responsibility of each exhibitor.
  6. The exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, and save the Vaccine & Gene Therapy Institute of Florida (VGTI Florida), Organizers of “Integrative Approaches to Immunotherapy of Cancer and Infectious Diseases” Symposium, and their employees and agents harmless against all claims, losses, and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney’s fees arising out of or caused by exhibitors installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of exhibition premises or part thereof.
